By accessing or using CVEPulse services, including our website, threat intelligence dashboards, and consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
CVEPulse provides cybersecurity intelligence services including real-time threat intelligence dashboards, vulnerability management consulting, threat intelligence services, application threat modelling, and SOC monitoring. Service availability and features vary by plan tier (Community, Professional, Enterprise).
Some features require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to use CVEPulse services for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to interfere with the operation of our services. API access must comply with published rate limits.
CVEPulse dashboards, reports, and consulting deliverables are protected by copyright. Threat data sourced from public feeds (CISA KEV, NVD) remains subject to the respective source licenses.
CVEPulse provides threat intelligence on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or timeliness of threat data. CVEPulse shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our services.
Consulting engagements are governed by separate Statements of Work (SOW) that define scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any SOW.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
